Meet with a trainer one-on-one for an hour of individualized motivation, goal-setting, feedback, and accountability. These can also include education in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines. Upon request, a trainer can also measure your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments at the beginning of your journey, or at any time along the way, to demonstrate your progress.

Programs are designed based on the needs of the athletes, the sport and the time of year (in-season, off-season, pre-season). Athletes receive a comprehensive sport specific pre-evaluation to determine their needs and to make realistic goals.
They will receive a post-evaluation to determine the progress made after following the program that challenges each athlete to achieve their best at the appropriate intensity level. Athletes will focus on core development, agility, speed, power, strength, flexibility, and balance. They will be educated on how to incorporate all of these variables of sports fitness into their prior sport and school schedules. Workouts and exercises vary depending on the season.
Programs can be conducted at Personal Best Fitness & Moore or onsite at a school, traveling sport team, or a community park.
Personal Best Fitness & Moore conducts on-site workshops to teach, educate, and motivate coaches, athletic directions and parents the proper periodization program and hands-on exercises and drills for each sport. They will have the knowledge, resources, and drive to implement the most effective training program to the athletes themselves on a daily basis.
